pretty decent IDM to the likes of aphex twin's richard d james album albeit a bit more simple.

nice percussion

the album cover isn't as congruent with the music as I had hoped, seems more fit for a higher-fidelity slushwave piece than an IDM album. bu that's not really important

soft is by far the best track, and the asmr bits from a new beginning gave me tingles

Shayan Shafii Vaguely Blade Runner-like. Glitched and smashed Amen drum beat on atmospheric sounds coming from an arcade machine hooked up to reverb pedals. Liking it Favorite track: Zero.

There was one day I had a retreat in San Francisco in the late 90s. My friend was in real estate. Was into holistic medicine, organic food. Loved to wear tweed suits. We take peyote (Mescaline) on a brisk March evening. I stare into the waves, off his balcony, 2 blocks from the pier. I see her in the water. Cool, still, serene. Like ice, but not sinister in that definition. Who is this, I was too high to think about. Then the stars stare at me in the reflection and I am reborn again.

The sort of music that is beyond time. The sort of music that you feel more than you hear. I love the fact that vaporwave/dreampunk projects like these have such extremely evocative aesthetics they directly fill your mind with sensations you didn't know you had. You'd maybe think it relies on that solely, but it's coupled with gorgeous musicianship + intense production ideas. The volume and spaces it creates just pull you in instantly whatever your initial mood was. Still stunning to this day. SUPRAQUENCER
